Pay for the building the way the project actually cash-flows.
We are not a lender. We work with lenders who understand pre-engineered construction, and we structure the payment schedule around fabrication and delivery milestones rather than a single lump sum.
Ways to finance
4 PATHS24–84 month terms
Fixed-rate lending through construction and equipment lenders. Typical approvals need two years of returns for businesses, or a credit application and project quote for personal use.
No-credit-check options under $75k
Common for garages, workshops, and small storage buildings. Monthly payments with a buyout at the end of the term, usually 24–60 months.
Farm Credit & operating lines
Many ag customers finance through an existing operating line or a Farm Credit program with payments timed to harvest.
SBA 504 and conventional
For owner-occupied commercial buildings, SBA 504 financing often covers the building and the land with a long fixed term.
