What we collect
Contact details you submit (name, email, phone, project address or ZIP), the answers and files you provide in the quote questionnaire, configurations you save in the design tool, and standard technical data such as IP address, device type, and pages visited.
How we use it
To prepare estimates and proposals, contact you about your project, schedule site visits and deliveries, improve the site, and — only where you have consented — send occasional marketing about steel buildings.
How we share it
With engineers, manufacturers, freight carriers, erectors, and lenders as needed to deliver your project, and with service providers who host the site or process payments. We do not sell your personal information.
Your choices
You can request a copy of your data, ask for corrections, withdraw consent to marketing, or ask us to delete records we are not required to retain for contractual, warranty, or tax purposes. Email us to make a request.
Security and retention
Submissions travel over encrypted connections and are stored with access limited to staff who need them. Project records are retained for the length of the warranty period and any period required by law.
